Defcon 6?

I was listening to a friend today talk about how they were woken up at 2:20 a.m. by their carbon monoxide alarm. She lives alone and was so scared that she called the police and fire department. The firefighters showed up along with the police officers and she waited in her jammies in the car. After a few minutes, they informed her that the battery was low and she needed to replace it. They didn't have any on hand so off she drove to the local convenience store to get some more. The funny thing is is that she saw a Lb on her alarm for a few days and thought it meant security level 6, not low battery. I don't feel so bad anymore about losing my figure, eyesight, hearing, and brain, after all, she is not yet 30.
